Lantern Festival
Today is the Lantern Festival in China, marking the end of the Chinese New Year festivities – so have a vaguely-related image to mark the day. I’m unable to let any lanterns go this year, owing to the fact that I live in quite a built-up area and if I did it would probably land in someone’s garden. Therefore I’m letting them go in an artwork.
More Mélodie, by popular demand. Admittedly, she shouldn’t be holding the lantern like that because it’d probably burn her, but hey – artistic license…
